Dr. Andrew Hayward

Head Designer - Drill Designer / Wind and Percussion Arrangements

Dr. Andrew Hayward is the founder of Fusion Marching Designs. He has been active in the marching arts for over twenty years and has won awards at local, state, and regional competitions. He holds a doctorate in music performance from Rutgers University and started a guest conducting tour in December

Dr. Hayward has performed in various groups with locals ranging across the United States and into Europe. A former member of the ten-time DCI world champions The Cadets, he has given back to the activity by teaching numerous DCI, DCA, and highschool groups. Currently, he works as visual caption head or consultant for several highly competitive bands and is the visual caption head of the Hawthorne Caballeros drum and bugle corps.

Miguel Bolivar

Head Designer - Wind/Percussion Arrangements

As an arranger, Mr. Bolivar has written arrangements for various groups spanning the Peabody Latin Jazz Band to the Garden State Saxophone Quartet. His arrangements have been written for educational, entertainment, and performance venues.

Mr. Bolivar mixes his love for drum corps and classical music and has begun arranging music for marching arts groups in the NY, NJ, and MD area. His arrangements have won many acclaims in their various competitive circuits including Semper Fidelis Awards, Best Music, Regional Championships, State Championships, and a Grand National Championship.

Michael Wyatt

Head Designer - Percussion Arrangements

Mr. Wyatt has been active in the marching community for over fifteen years. As a performer, he was a member of the WGI World Class finalist United Percussion, and was also the Front Ensemble Captain for the nine-time world champion Hawthorne Caballeros from 2005 through 2009. As a teacher and arranger, he has worked with the Hawthorne Caballeros, DCI's Raiders, United Percussion, and most recently was Assistant Caption Head and Arranger for the Connecticut Hurricanes. Mike holds a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies: Percussion Performance from the University of the Arts. Mike is also the Band Director at Westhill High School in Stamford, CT.

Dr. William Neater

Drill Designer

William has been involved in the marching arts for twenty years. From being a snare drummer in the Bushwhackers Senior Drum and Bugle corps, a visual technician for the Jersey Surf Junior Drum and Bugle Corps, to serving as a judge for the United States Scholastic Band Association, William has been involved in the marching arts in a variety of ways. William has amassed experience in all aspects of the marching arts activity - most recently working with a number of high school marching bands on Long Island, throughout the New York region, and Ohio as drill writer, visual caption head, program designer, consultant, assistant marching band director, as well as color guard instructor, designer, and caption head.

William was a Social Studies teacher and alternative school principal at a public high school in New York for ten years, and has earned his Master’s in Educational Administration and Technology from Long Island University, in Brookville, NY. William just completed his doctoral studies in Educational Administration through Dowling College in Oakdale, NY. Currently, William is the Band Director for Notre Dame College in South Euclid, Ohio. William started the program from less than 30 students to reaching a height of over 100 students in three short years. During his time in South Euclid, Notre Dame College has developed programs in Marching Band, Concert Band, Indoor Percussion, and Indoor Color Guard. The Notre Dame College Indoor Percussion Ensemble has won numerous WGI Regional Finals, MEPA Championships, and achieved 4th place in WGI Percussion World Championship Finals. The Notre Dame College Indoor Color Guard achieved finalist status at WGI Regionals and successfully made it to Semi-Finals at WGI Color Guard World Championships.

Tony Good

Percussion Arrangements

Tony Good is a very active music educator, percussionist, and arranger from Bayonne, NJ. He completed his undergrad work in 2010 at Lebanon Valley College with a double major in Music Education and Percussion Performance. Since then his performance credits include contracts at Hershey Park, the NY Giants Drumline, NY Jets Drumline, NY Knicks Drumline, NY Rangers Drumline, multiple performances across Manhattan but most notably performing at VH-1 Studios with Andrew WK and a the Hollywood Movie Premiere Cast Party for "MAN OF STEEL" with Hans Zimmer.

Tony currently directs Elementary and Middle School Band at Nicholas Oresko School in Bayonne, NJ and is the Marching Band and Percussion Director at Bayonne High School.
